Shock rocker Marilyn Manson, who can currently be heard performing the opening credits song for WGN America's Salem (below), has landed role in Season 7 of FX’s Sons of Anarchy
Manson will play “Ron Tully,” a white supremacist prison shot-caller who Jax uses to expand his power base. Apparently, while in the midst of creating a new album and launching a world tour, Manson grabbed the attention of SOA creator, Kurt Sutter.
"Sons has been such a big part of my life, as well as my father's,” said Manson. “So I was determined to make him proud by being involved in what will probably be remembered as the most amazing piece of television cinema. After all, the very heart of SOA is about that relationship. So, now all I need is a motorcycle."

COURTNEY LOVE JOINS SONS OF ANARCHY FOR FINAL SEASON

90s rocker/superstar widow Courtney Love has joined the cast ofSons of Anarchy Season 7 for what's being said is a "pivotal" storyline.
TVLine reports that Love will be involved in a multi-episode arc, playing "Ms. Harrison, the straight-shooting preschool teacher of Jax’s eldest son, Abel." Love's teacher apparently takes a "special interest" in Abel, which creates a conflict with Wendy (Drea de Matteo).
Love's previous acting credits include Milos Forman's acclaimed The People vs. Larry Flynt and Man on the Moon.

The seventh and final season of Sons of Anarchy will premiere on FX at 10 p.m. September 9.
Sons of Anarchy will start the final season with a 105-minute episode, with a special Anarchy Afterword show -- making its leap from online to FX itself -- following the season premiere. Comedian Chris Franjola (Chelsea Lately) will host the post-show special, which is set to air twice on FX — once during the premiere and also after the finale.
Season 6 of Sons of Anarchy was FX's most-watched TV show to date, and the final season plans to pick back right off where it left — 10 days afterward. Jax is in jail and dealing with the loss of his wife, but there's no doubt he's planning retribution.

FX's motorcycle club drama has booked Malcolm-Jamal Warner for a recurring role in the seventh and final season, which kicks off Sept. 9, at 10 p.m. ET/PT with a supersized premiere.
Warner, best known for playing Theo Huxtable on The Cosby Show, will appear in at least two episodes — including the supersized season opener — as Sticky, a member of the Grim b*stards and right-hand man to T.O. Cross (Michael Beach).
Season seven of Sons of Anarchy begins 10 days after Gemma murders Jax's wife, Dr. Tara Knowles, and Juice Ortiz kills Sheriff Eli Roosevelt, with Jax in jail on a parole violation, grappling with his loss. With the club’s support, he sets in motion the brutal machinations that will lead to complete and merciless retribution. Courtney Love and Marilyn Manson are among the notable guest stars appearing.
Warner is repped by Abrams Artists Agency, Warner Management, LINK and attorney Barry Halderman. Other recent TV credits include recurring stints on Major Crimes, where he will also appear in the backdoor pilot for the proposed spinoff, and Community.
Sons of Anarchy makes its final trip to San Diego's Comic-Con on Sunday, July 27 with a panel in Hall H to tout its farewell.
