Groin Strain.

Anyone here ever pull/Strain their groin ?

to those who have, how did u recover, what kind of exercises did you do to help cure, and how long did it take to heal ?

I ask, cause im on my 2nd one in less then a month (playing baseball) my stretching game is good, but im still kinda stiff..
I try to drink lots of water, run about a mile before I play.. :noah:

Groin injury suck major ass, I cant even sleep at night cuz the shyt be painful as fukk..im starting to feel like an injury prone :flabbynsick:

Ibuprofen breh..lots of it. Try ice the area if you can(it fukking sucks :to:)


Honestly the best thing you can do is rest it. You use those muscle groups for everything so its kinda hard to isolate and let it heal. Try to limit your warmups, dont run so much so it wont get fatigued as fast.

i did last year doin squats and playin football. mine didnt heal for some time because i kept tweakin it

I strained mine in mid-May playing floor hockey, it's almost back to 100% now. It's a bytch, just make sure you are stretching it regularly and try not to stress the area. If you can, swim, but dont go hard or you risk re-injury.

I just re-did my apartment so I was moving a lot of furniture around. That extended my recovery time and twisted my back up. I just got it re-adjusted by a chiropractor and it was mad out of place. So take it as easy as you can until you're healed.
