All these multi million dollar homes and none of them were built out of concrete or brick. This is pretty crazy to be honest. The building code in the city needs an overhaul if your house is going up in flames like a matchbox because of a few small embers on your roof. Especially true for houses that are on the borderline of a forest.

I find it interesting that the Mayor said that they are going to remove the red tape and regulation that causes building delays. This tells me they could have done this before to really help alliviate the housing shortage, but they didn't want to. But now that rich folks want to rebuild their homes, they are cutting the regulation. Makes you think that housing shortage is largely because of city regulations and red tape.

Yeah, a lot of people think Hollywood Hills is where famous folks reside and that’s true for a lot of moguls and the wealthiest of the wealthy.

But a lot of A-listers really stay out in Calabasas and the Valley. You’ll probably run into more people in the Valley doing everyday things than Beverly Hills honestly (when they’re shopping for big ticket items). Another area is Encino Hills (closer to where the Palisades Fire is located).

What’s the valley breh? Sorry for all the questions

But wack 100 but screaming he from the valley. Is it that valley? lol

If a house is insured this shouldn't be a problem. They may lose some prized items but they will be getting a new house.
