What I do is to put cheese in this type of blender that makes it into small pieces. I took 480 grams because i'm following a diet. Then I took 20 eggs and put them in a bowl. Make sure you put the cheese in the fridge after you have blended them so that they don't get warm because it will be harder to mix them later with the eggs. Then I cut a tomato into pieces and whisk everything after i've added some seasoning. The oven I had on 390 fahrenheit. We have a convection oven so it goes a lot faster. Just let it be there for until you see it's golden brown. You can ofc add any veggies etc you want, but I do it like this because I can only eat a certain amount of calories and so.
I really recommend this for students tbh. Quick and cheap meal that you can store whenever you don't feel like cooking.
