Used to just try to eat and get some sleep.
My girlfriend at the time would cook but she would kinda gripe about me not doing more around the house… sometimes being louder than I would like especially with the dogs.
But I’m like, tf am I supposed to do at 8am in the morning after being gone for 12 hours?
Then I would wake up, shower, eat again, she might iron my stuff and pack me food and I would go back to work..
Sucks a lil now because I have a much better schedule and we’re not together. I’m actually home by 10 and she’s usually in the bed by then and I would just chill until 1. But I’m up again by 8 and thats the time she finally gets up.
But I drank a lot of tea, sometimes an energy drink. Its a hard schedule
Also, try to eat more greens. My blood pressure jumped through the roof due to diet and stress. Now I try to drink/eat some sort of greens daily
