Jada Smith Sent a Message to Ex-Boyfriend Who Was Once Known as the “Next Michael Jordan”

Jada Smith, wife of Will Smith, has been in the news this year for a not-so-good reason. After the Oscar fiasco, a lot of fans went after Jada Smith, and started digging into her history of wrongdoings. Recently, news started surfing on the internet about Jada Smith and the first boyfriend she took home for the holiday. It was none other than the former NBA star, Grant Hill.
It was Jada Pinkett Smith herself who opened up about her past relationship as per Dailymail. Grant and Jada dated for nearly two years between 1993 and 1995. Later, Jada married Will Smith in 1997 and became a mother to two beautiful children, Son Jaden and daughter Willow.
Conversely, Grant Hill married singer Tamia in 1999 who gave birth to two daughters, Myla Grace and Lael Rose.
Where were Jada and Grant when they were dating?
Grant Hill was in the initial year of his career playing with the Detroit Piston. Many experts had already started hailing Hill as the next Michael Jordan. He was a 3rd pick from the first round and had the limelight on him.
Jada was also doing well career-wise at that point. She was a part of a popular sitcom- “A different world” and had enough attention. During the Holidays at the Red Table episode, Jada Hill revealed Grant was the first boyfriend she brought home. Although things did eventually end between both the stars, they finally found the love of their lives in someone else. There is no bad blood between them as on the same episode while talking about Grant Hill, Jada said, “Happy holidays to the beautiful couple”
Decades later, both Jada and Hill seem happy in their own life. Even though Jada has been surrounded by controversy for the most part of the year, she seems to put it behind her and is moving forward.
