nominee....

The person they select for Pres nom.. will need to have mass appeal, because the ticket will need to take down you know who :scusthov:

But even if she's not selected... Due to the gov shut down, they stance on immigration, Their platform, their c00ns, and their tea party --- They will need a Mass appeal type of President.

Only Gov Synder can get the base and voters out there for them in general election. He's the only 1 in the nation that stuck with all the plans and executed perfectly. He even has the blue dems on his side nation wide. Him as VP is their only shot.

What blue dems on his side are you talking about. That dude won because we all got gassed and bought into his shyt back in 2010. It will not happen again. If any Democrat with any semblance of charisma shows up in Michigan, he will lose. The students especially won't forget those education cuts.

No, I'm saying that dude may not even be Governor at the time. You do not take a dude who lose his spot to be your running mate. What exactly would you get from picking a dude who automatically is not going to put Michigan in play...they would have rejected him just two years prior.

That dude knows he's in trouble, it's why he's supporting Obamacare and stuff like that. Dude destroyed labor unions in Michigan with those right to work laws too. They're about to mobilize heavy against this dude.

He's only in trouble with liberals...

That's not who he's trying to gain votes from... if so he wouldn't have destroyed unions and did the rest. He only supporting obamacare half way, he's increasing other things to supplement ACA so that he won't have to accept other things. - like increasing medicare.

He's approval ratings plummeted after he did those things. He is accepting the medicare subsidies from the ACA. Right now, his opponent has no name recognition and Snyder is walking around with a 44% approval ratings (and that's an increase). If this person has any charisma whatsoever, Snyder will lose. In 2014, in what are usually low turnout elections (which is when he became Governor), if all those angry groups turn out (students and unions), and they will this time, he's going to lose. Unless this guy they're saying is the likely winner is that terrible.

lol, this is America.. with American voters.... none of that shyt matters.

Literally Verg lansing mayor was a better fit for MI and Snyder crushed him. Verg is the one that advocated for labor, auto industry, all of MI industries and had gov exp. But still lose to a great marketing campaign with the 'tough nerd.

Anyway, I think snyder is looking beyond MI.

You're basically saying, "nah, this is what I feel so I'm standing tall on that." Come on fam :dead: Everyone fell for that tough nerd nonsense including all the college students. I don't think you understand how bad it is for an incumbent to have numbers this low during a re-election cycle. The only thing Snyder has going for him is that Gary Peters is going after Levin's Senate seat instead of Governor. If an unknown ex-rep is within a couple of percentage points of you, you're in trouble. You're over here making it seem like this dude has Christie type numbers. This race is regarded as a toss up by everyone.

That right to work shyt is killing him... but I think it will help in national politics.

either way, I don't see another gop member outting him. I don't think the state will elect a dem for gov right now.

I wanna attribute what he's done in michigan to granholm... buts lets be reality, he's given the economy that work :whew:

Sure he doesn't have retarded mass voter appeal like ted cruz*, but that aint a bad thing for the GOP. I'm just wondering where christie and paul ryan are gonna fall, they the future imo
