I believe this is implication. Google has had an extremely strong presence at Howard. I've been taught by two Professors from Google so far. They want Howard CS students full-time after graduation.

Thats whats up. We all know it's gonna create that corny stigma that "Your only here because your black", even though alot of Google's staff are only there because of them going to Stanford.

Good initiative remember reading a Bloomberg article about lack of Black talent in Silicon Valley and how West Coast prestigious institutions were feeder schools for these positions.

This isn't a resolution, but hey clap at a HBCU again being taken under white direction, instead of those same white companies simply stop being racists and actually giving blacks a chance ore evaluating them fairly.

Alot of HBCUs don't have Engineering departments at all or they have the bare minimum IN majors. They could all use an investment.
