If I had to pick between the two, gun to my head - shoot me. Both albums give me a greater sense of self, and put my life into perspective.

"The devil's takin' a swing, that might explain the broken glass
But my crystal ball see the pistol fall to the wayside
Nobody would die in cops and robbers when we used to play, right?"

Never really got into Goodie Mob back when I was growing up past the singles, so short of saying "Who's that peeking through my window?" on Saturday mornings when folk came over to play MK2 on the SNES, I ain't really vibed with that album as much as I did Atliens the first time I saw the Elevators video and decided to cop the album for myself.

Plus Wheelz of Steel is one of the first songs I ever really rode around to (Passenger seat) with a sound system in the trunk just vibrating errything while we sat in front like

Got into Soulfood later on though, so without that nostalgic trip, it's a tie for me, with a VERY slight edge to SoulFood.
