Good workouts for the wrists

Im seeing gains in my body eexcept for my wrist thanks to my east african genetics..:sadcam:

I was wonderiing if anyone can recommend me what to do to make em stronger and grow?

Just carry heavy shyt.

Heavy rows, pulls, deadlifts, etc.....I think forearm targeting is a waste of gym time.

I don't do much with my forearms, but I do hit em a lil at the end of an arm workout. If dude's forearms are stick stickly status, I think targeting should speed up things a lil early on.

Just don't overdo it. You can always hit em doing other stuff like HHR said. There's a reason why there aren't much exercises for just forearm growth.
