Well you kno atleast make it thicker and strongerThe wrist aint a muscle it's a joint, it won't grow.
I don't do much with my forearms, but I do hit em a lil at the end of an arm workout. If dude's forearms are stick stickly status, I think targeting should speed up things a lil early on.Just carry heavy shyt.
Heavy rows, pulls, deadlifts, etc.....I think forearm targeting is a waste of gym time.
