how long did it take you to get your form right? I tried mine out for the first time a day after doing squats and it didn't end well

i had a lot of practice using it for years at my gym before i got my own.

my programming has always had a good amount of rowing mixed in.

i'm far from perfect at it but i at least have a good understanding of the mechanics of the movement at this point and i understand how to control my pacing a lot better now.
