I bought a 60 pack and doing twice a day,5 days take two days off just cuz,should I do 7 days for better results or increase to 3 times a day??

No reason to cycle like that imo. I did 2 for 2 weeks and I'm finishing the box at 3 a day. If you don't feel any adverse side effects on 2, try 3.

I had read somewhere to take a day or two off so that my body didnt get used to it and it would keep working,bout to do it your way then Breh ,thanks

I've only read that continued use actually increases it's effectiveness and lowers the side effects
