There's functional endurance too. Get you a sledge hammer and a tire and go to work. Build up to 30 mins. Eventually get up to an hour. If you're real about it you could split wood. Otherwise sledging works.

Thx breh.Time based. Set a timer for 5 mins. Don't stop until it's over. Then 10 mins, then 15 mins. Then 20 mins, then 25. Build up to an hour.
If you order an electronic jump rope which is cheap (7.99 Amazon). You can program it to 500 jump, 1000 jumps, 1500 jumps, 2000 jumps. And it'll alarm once the metric is hit.

I understand a lot of people don't have one of the electronic jump rope though. You can usually find them locally and cheap.
