I've been doing my own thing for the longest time since I finished the Six Weeks to Sick Arms routine (which is :leon:by the way). Anyways I got to the gym thinking I was about to do Chest and ended up doing Legs while I found this when stretching.

Anyone done this before or doing it? Legs today were

I think I might go all out with the eating that it recommends too.
