What should my diet look like? High protein low crabs right?

6'1 around 173 pounds. Want to get about 200 then cut down to 160 but august.

Which food should i be getting other then tuna,chicken,rice,veggies

Do i need a mass gainer ? any other supps you would recommend.

Im looking to eat the same thing everyday..............

Dont run from carbs. You will def need more carbs than protein.

Im bulking now. Here is how a typical day looks.

Breakfast: whole wheat choco chip pancakes + milk: ~1300kcal, ~25g protein
Post workout meal: homemade granola bar + whey shake: ~900kcal, ~125g protein
Late lunch: baked chicken thighs and OJ: ~800kcal, ~100g protein
Dinner: pasta + pesto and veggies: ~800kcal, ~20g protein

So on a typical lifting day I am getting damn near 300g/protein, but I also probably get a good 400-500g of carbs and maybe 50-60g of fat. Carbs are energy, you need that. The diet you're thinking of is better for cutting. "Dirty" bulking is OK as long as you keep your shyt in check and are using those calories to make gains.

Yo do i really need to much protein a day.................. im only 173. What about the mass gainer?

I thought you need a gram of protein per lbs,Which would be 200 grams per day.Im eat clean no dirty bulk kinda done with fast food and shyt that come pre made...............

What about on my lifts? Do i go heavy always on the reg and cut out running/biking?

You don't need a mass gainer like shake. I'd use the money and switch to higher calorie meats personally.....Steak, Ground beef etc.

i wish i could handle eating like this, i'd be in the bathroom all day if i did breh

If u can get more protein get more. Bulking clean will be tough

Keep going heavy... I would keep doing cardio but maybe just once a week. Otherwise it will get in the way. You can get back to it for your cut

im bulking right now (on vacation right now so im probably going to lose some gains)...but im 6'1 200lbs at the moment.

173 is skinny for your frame so you dont have to go HAM on the food right now. Just make sure youre actually eating and getting that protein.
I buy a lot of free range ground beef and eat hamburgers because they are high on calories/good fat and protein, and I can eat them shyts everyday.

Just find some things you like to eat and run with it....stay consistent w/ the lifting and when you start to stall eat even more food.

You can easily get 3000+ calories a day without feeling like puking if nuts are a staple in your diet (no homo)

Oh, and "dirty bulk" and "clean bulk" just refers to how much over maintenance calories you're taking in....not the "quality" of the food.

< 500 over maintenance = clean
> 500 over maintenance = dirty

All you need is to figure out your tdee and go about 500 over maintenance.

Do cardio dont let anybody tell you not to do cardio on a bulk,cardio will keep the fat gains to a minimum.

Try to eat clean as you can, yea its cool to have fastfood,candy,pop here and there but dont over do it, try to eat clean as possible Monday-Friday and eat what you want on the weekends.

Get you some Whey Protein and Creatine they will both come in handy trust me.

Far as eating clean goes eat baked chicken,brown rice,eggs,oatmeal,yogurt,drink a gallon of water a day,tuna,vegetables,fruit and salads.
