Going on diet i need help eating right

Im going on a diet i started last week so far ive only eaten small portions of grilled chicken, Salad, brocolli, and ive eaten grape fruits and oranges and i drink lots of water.

last night i cheated and ate french toast couldnt hep it but besides that ive been eating good things.

what are some good diet meals that consist of low calorie and stuff. grilled chicken and broccolii gets so boring

Any list of things that are safe to eat? any meals that are safe to eat that i can eat often?

Lots of threads in here about dieting etc

Need to find what works for you, some ppl swear by not eating carbs, high protein diets only etc

My advice is, you dont need to complicate it to lose fat.

Eat less than your body burns, you will lose fat - its the only way.

Are you doing any exercise with the diet. If so you have to really look at the level and intensity of the workouts relative to the diet. If you are jumping into exercise strongly then your calorie intake needs to fall in line with that.

Big picture make sure it's all something you can do for a sustained period of time. There is nothing wrong with easing into either. That's better than going all in an then hitting a wall and negating your progress.

i have a tredmill but i havent been on it in about 2 days. (i know i know thats bad)

I wouldn't worry about "diet" foods right now. Try to focus on good whole food sources like you have been and go from there.

Become friends with chicken , wild fish and ground turkey .

Eat mad veggies

Get some fruit in there too

Drink nothing but water

Oatmeal and eggs are bff too .


You don't have to suffer to eat better my friend I love everything I eat .

this is my shyt right there. replace ground turkey with seafood and add peanut butter + egg whites and bam. it gets tiring but seeing and feeling the results is what drives me. add sauces like flavored mustard or salsa to your dishes. i love jalapenos and salsa with my pinto beans with a tortilla or two.

i meant add peanut butter to my meals, such as yams + peanut butter or fruits like bananas and apples with peanut butter:laugh:

i keep my seafood seasoning simple with salt, paprika/black pepper and lemon juice. sometimes i'll bake a cut of fish and throw some cheese on it as well.

if you bout that life learn to cook..... healthy recipes all over the net but takes time and some skill

on average keep it simple and boring

I always make sure I eat the foods I will continue to eat. The last thing I try doing is eat/drink something I don't really like because after I reached my ideal look, I aint going to consume that stuff again because I didn't like it at all.
