so I’m watching the men’s rumble in full for the first time. I saw bits and pieces before but wanted to watch it in whole.

Something happened to get me thinking. Go to 1:53:45 on the network stream of the rumble.

Cena and Reigns have just laid out Balor and Nak.

They begin a stare down and cena gives a head nod.

Crowd starts chanting “You both suck” (horribly) and just as the chant starts do die down, Cena yells a clearly audible “now” and Balor and Nak instantly pop up and attack.

When else have you heard an audible clearly in a huge match that didn’t end in something shyt? Like I don’t want a Maffew loud spots in the ring vid.

That wasn't an "audible" that was just the call, and Cena always calls his shyt loud and obvious.

I got the impression Roman and Cena were going to start brawling but Cena realised they'd get booed no matter what so he called an audible for Balor and Nak to attack them earlier than planned

Yeah Cena def called an audible, he's just WOAT at being subtle when calling shyt in the ring.

I'm sure the arena was deafening though when him and Roman were facing off so probably had to yell for Nak/Finn to even hear him.

Just don't know why they would have expected any different reaction from the Philly crowd. They weren't going to receive some Hogan/Rock staredown ovation

Cena's calls were SO OBVIOUS the whole time he was in the rumble....it was pathetic...he's supposed to sell a move and he's on camera talking while everyone else sells...shyt is infuriating at times lol
