This weekend, newly engaged NFL star Russell Wilson delivered a commencement speech at the University of Wisconsin where he shared the lessons he’s learned in life, and love. The Seattle Seahawks' quarterback returned to his alma mater to deliver a commencement speech filled with life hacks on "what to do when life tells you no."

The newly engaged Super Bowl winner couldn't help but share at least one relationship tip. One of the lessons he's learned is what to do when you have a good thing going, and that good thing is his relationship with fiancé Ciara, of course. "If you're dating a woman that's way out of your league, ask her to marry you," he shared. That's exactly what he did in March when he proposed to the "Got Me Good" singer on the Seychelles island. Ciara was in the Camp Randall audience cheering her fiancé on during the speech along with Wilson's mother and sister.

I was very specific because I do believe you can have it all."
Ciara it looks like you're well on your way to having it all, and we can't wait for their upcoming nuptials.
