Not necessarily saying we would be in power, but just on a simple observation, lets just say you put the economic and social conditions we have to deal with in cracka areas and put the economic and social upturn in hood areas, including replacing the liq stores and slums with houses and health food stores, and more job opportunities and better schools and teachers all black being paid well and able to live well right there where they teach, crime will be non existent due to happiness and prosperity.
