I got my masters but to be real there's alot of folks that are sharp with just a HS diploma. A higher degree gets your foot in the door easier but if you have some serious drive with just a HS degree you can make it in alot of fields that pays. There's alot of folks with degrees but lack skills to get the job or sustain it. Goal number 1 is to pad up your resume with important shyt so that the employers can look past the lack of a degree but then u must nail the interview. Once u get the job no one care if you don't have a degree.
