I am posting constructive criticism though.

  1. Talk to NPC
  2. Scan for footprints
  3. Follow footprints
  4. Kill Mongols something new instead
  5. Return to NPC

Yeah, the open world turned into a slog, but most games improve that aspect in the sequels so i have no reason to doubt that will be an area they try to improve especially when its one of the first pr talking points they put out

Here's to hoping they do. I'm buying on day 1.

Gotta salute them for actually giving the people what they want with a samurai game. Just a straight samurai game.

Sometimes games turn me off simply for doing too much
samurai and sword fights are already cool enough, I don't need a bunch of fantasy elements to draw me in. (no problem with fantasy, but a real world story is few and far in between)

I respect logical attempts at the diversity. But i don't need tom cruise or denzel playing the last samurai to draw me in. What bothers me about movies and show about samurai as well. If you want black characters tell some black stories, I've never played an open world game set in africa for example. Telling diverse stories >>> sprinkling in a bunch of token characters into the same ol same ol stories

All they need to improve from the last game is to brush up on the immersion. World was beautiful but still kinda empty. flaw alot of non rockstar open world games suffer from.

And your post kind of reads like those dudes who try to p*ssyfoot around racism. "I don't mind diversity......BUT!
