I hate weight lifting so I try to find some all in one circuits to do to just get the shyt over with. Some shyt I can do in the living room while watching Kung fun flicks



This is the shyt I'm on right now

I use an easy curl bar with some 25s on each side. When it becomes easy I'll put 45s on it and cut the reps in half shyt is tough as hell and requires a strong mind but after you're done you know you just worked the hell out. fukk everything else cep my ab wheel and pullup bar.

Your heart will Pump hard as shyt after this. I love it.and it's great for mental toughness. Something you need for Brazilian jujitsu

I do and its helping my muscle dexterity and making me stronger. If you not building any muscle, put on more weight. Dont knock it till you try it. Im no trying to imitate mike changs daily regiment. I found something for ME that words. shyt had me sore. :manny:

Especially if you are strict about only giving yourself a 3 minute breather.

Jiujitsu 3 times a week


200 pushup
30 pullups
100 ab wheels on my 6th workout day.

Slowly but surely swole
