Ay bruhs. I am trying to get the fucc out of NYC. Focused on Charlotte right now. My big thing is obv getting a job. There are some things on the burner but nothing concrete yet. There are a lot of companies doing what I do though. Anybody do shyt like send out emails on LinkedIn? Give me some ideas.

Funny. I'm doing the exact opposite move. I'm moving back to NYC next month.

The best way is to get transferred internally. Either that or just start sending out shyt via Indeed.com :manny:

As far as job search engines, indeed.com is by far the best.

My advice is to get a P.O. Box in the state you want to live in and put it on your resume. Either that or use a relative/friends address.

Because the economy is still bad, most companies don't want to compensate people for relocation, or for that matter even fly people in for interviews, so they're only interested in local candidates. So they have software that filters your resume out if the zip code is too far away.
