I USE TO BE 288 IM DOWN TO 255 I BEEN START AND STOPPING MY DIET I BEEN BACK ON ONE FOR 3 WEEKS AND 255 IS MY CURRENT WEIGHT I BEEN EATING 200-300 LESS THAN MY NOOM COACH 1800 CALORIES 3 WEEKS AGO I WAS 267 DO YALL THINK I WOULD LOSE ANY WEIGHT IF I DID ONLY 40 YARD SPRINTS AND EAT 1800 CALORIES ON WORKOUT DAYS AND 1500 CALORIES ON NON WORKOUT DAYS AND DID COMPOUND MOVEMENT FOR WEIGHTS PLZZZZZZZ HELP

Sprints are probably the best high intesity cardio, so yes. Just keep on it, consistency is key, stay tracking your weight and progress with updates

Yea you just have to be consistent and push yourself when your doing your workout

If you are making progress I would stay with that until it stalls. 1800 cals is pretty low for your weight, you don't have to be that low if you are sprinting and compound lifting. Damn sure wouldn't do 1,500, that's female level cals.

Yeah, when I started I fukked up doing that level of cals...now though, I find that I have to stay within that 1500-2000 range to drop weight...its not fair :totheeastside:

It took me almost 4 years from when I started to now. Honestly, if I was 100% consistent I would have been where I want to be a long time now.

I eat regular stuff. Lots of broccoli, carrots, cabbage, poultry, seafood, meat occasionally. I drink whey and and about 4 liters of water a day :ld: honestly fam there isn't something I can specifically tell you that isn't already available more elaborately in this forum. @MMSex already has a thread that could help you.

Yeah, but I need to scale back on my cheat days since i have a tendency to hold on to carbs easier than most people.

Yeah I had fat everywhere. :totheeastside:
