Larry would jab the s-hit out of him though, I think George has a tough time landing more than one power shot to hurt Larry. Larry by majority.
I rate Foreman higher than Holmes based on resume, quality of opposition faced & overall career acheivements. But H2H Holmes is stylistically all wrong for Big George. A quick, powerful, snapping jab. Excellent footwork & lateral movement & could take a good shot. Think Larry would've boxed his ears off but maybe get dropped 1-2 times in the process of winning a clear cut unanimous decision.
