I'd say you never do. Only when you hit about 25/30 your testosterone levels drop a little which would make it harder to gain muscle. However I feel that I'm constantly learning and improving both my training/diet so I'm constantly making improvements.

i've been lifting for 410 years and have yet to reach it i am however close to my ideal size though
