Gas vs charcoal

I personally like to use charcoal cuz it gives u that smoky taste plus it gives the meat a nice char to it. Gas is aight but its essentially steams the meat. How yall feel?

Gas is more convenient but nothing beats charcoal IMO. I grill with a combination of charcoal and wood. We have a lot of hickory and pecan trees in my area.

Charcoal has its time and place....but not in my backyard

Charcoal and hardwood. Gas okay when you gotta feed a bunch, but you can taste the propane.
