Update: just tried this you need a coupon that you get off the power up rewards site. Word on the net is nobody knows how they're selecting who gets the coupon. I didn't have it posted on my pro card. People are hoping they're sending them out now cause some people have them and some don't.
You just need to be a Power Up Rewards Member to take advantage of the deal. That includes even just having the free card.

The games listed is what is eligible for the savings, no you cannot get any Konami or Ubisoft Collection. If you do want those, you should be ashamed of yourself.
You also get 50% trade in bonus on any trades toward the purchase of these collections.
