Okay I am on Season 2. EP 4. right now... So Robb Stark is currently fighting with the Lannisters

While Stannis and Renly(The Late King Robert's two Brothers?) are fighting over Who will be the Next King?

Does that mean it is The Lannisters and "King" Stannis Vs Robb Stark and "King" Renly?

What is the point of Robb Stark fighting the Lannisters if Stannis and Renly are fighting to be King... Just pure revenge?

So much going on in this fukking show

Noo its pretty much every man or house for themselves at that point.

Stannis thinks hes the rightful king since hes the younger brother of Robert
Renley thinks he should be king because hes the politically savy and has the most powerful alliances

Rob just went south because he wants revenge for his fathers killing. He was crowned king of the north by his bannerman.

now at this point the starks are fighting the lannisters out of revenge and Stannis is fighting because Roberts children are born of incest which Ned found out last season. Renly is fighting because he thinks he is the shyt and will make a better leader then Stannis.

Although with Stannis and Renly no official fighting has broken out yet.
