When Rob Stark & Co. entered Haarenhall why did they blame the Kingslayer Jaime Lannister for the 200 dead Northerners?

Last we saw of Jaime he was with the dyke bytch when she hopped out the canoe and murked those 3 soldiers en route to Kings Landing right?

Actually, they blamed The Mountain for torturing/killing those northerners at Harrenhall. Remember back to the last few episodes of season 2, where Tywin leaves The Mountain in charge of Harrenhall while he rides south to King's Landing to counter Stannis Baratheon's siege at Blackwater Bey. The Mountain has a reputation of pillaging/killing innocent people, and also war prisoners.

I just noticed OP's username and avatar.........

In the scene before they enter Harrenhal, Robb and Roose Bolton talk about The Mountain defending Harrenhal at Tywin's request.

The guy who mentions Jaime is Lord Kastark. Lord Kastark's son was put in charge of Jaime's make shift prison, and he had a key to the cell. Jaime strangled him with his chain, took the key and escaped (season 2 ep. 7).

They didn't blame the Kingslayer for the 200 northmen, they blamed him for Arnold Karstark's sons. "They rot in the ground while their killer runs free."
Jaime killed them when he tried to escape last season.
