Gain Lean Mass , Whole foods or Supplements?

or both? im stuck at 88 kg atm, and only have whole foods in my diet, is that enough..need to hit 90 +

I feel like I'm stuck at 185LBs. Started around 178 in the summer, highest I've hit is 190

even with whole foods you should still have basic vitamins(multi, fishoil, zinc)

if you arent getting 2g protein per kg you should invest in protein shakes

yeh i need 2 a shake or 2 in my diet..any brand reccomendations? or any other supps other thank shakes

i take syntha 6 cause it tastes like breastmilk :ahh: other good ones are Optimum Nutrition 100% whey

yeh i been on whole foods for a while, good results but slow, but i might throw in a shake or two , thnks pple
