- improved browser...makes better use of GPU...improved html5 and java...tweet from browser
- connect wirelessly to content manager on PC
- sync saves and content with cloud straight from vita (plus only)
- 1080p video playback...closed caption supported

I already bought and beat U:GA and Gravity Rush(really good games by the way)

oh yeah, Persona 4: Golden drops next week on the Vita. If you love JRPG's you owe it to yourself to play this game, hell, to get into the series.

hopefully they give away Persona 3 or Persona 2 at some point in Plus.
