I wanted to ask about that. I put it in my Djay app on my ipad and it came in at 75. I was like what the hell the beat had to be made at 100 something bpm for sure and when I tapped tempo I was getting over 100 lol.

So I ended up doing it at 75 and was struggling like a motherfukker with the drums and doing what I wanted to do. With that said what benefit does it create doing it at 75 instead of 150 and vice versa? Like I heard in a video when you do it at a bpm like 150 the snare might not be on the 2 and 4 for instance. I don't want to derail the thread so maybe I should make another thread and ask about this.

when its around 120-150+ the snare would hit around the 3 i think but the reason trap producers use high tempos is mainly for the hi hat rolls. you can do the same thing with the kick and snare and what not whether its 60 or 120 or 70 or 140. they are going to hit the same usually.

i usually stay within 75-110. anything higher or lower is ehhh.
