My guess is it could be great in constructing buildings and homes.

I’ve seen lots of other potential uses online. Making electronics stronger or even the processors faster. I don’t know.

The first one I have at home already, it’s a bidet toilet with additional functions. Check out Japans toilets to get an idea but it’s been done for decades now.
