I added these into my weekly routine (twice a week) the past month and the results/feel are :wow:


Do any of yall add this into your routines? I been missing out badly by just doing weights and cardio. I thunk them beach nikkas in venice,CA do core and fullbody routines all the time which gives them great strentgh to do all them fancy shyts

Squats and deadlifts are legit 2 of the best workouts ever. They literally work your entire body and really is the best place for anyone starting from scratch

You have no business curling or benching if you can't squat
