In retrospect I should have done chiropractor too but idk, you can give a try. If that’s too big of a step; why don’t you get a foam filler with the jagged “teeth” and foam roll 2x a day! It works wonders. Make sure you focus on your hips too cause that’s a big component in how your lower back can handle stress.
