I had finally gotten myself in a good routine of going to the gym 5 times a week (was doing the PHAT program). I also had the best diet routine I have ever had and was maintaining it for about 2 months.
I was seeing good improvements strength and aesthetics wise and then I went on a 4 day vacation for July 4th
Have only been back to the gym twice since
have been eating like shyt
have lost all motivation
and fukk that I hate this feeling I am getting back on my grind
Its just crazy to me how a few days out the gym partying and eating out can change my whole mindset like that
Just need to get back in routine again
