I had finally gotten myself in a good routine of going to the gym 5 times a week (was doing the PHAT program). I also had the best diet routine I have ever had and was maintaining it for about 2 months.
I was seeing good improvements strength and aesthetics wise and then I went on a 4 day vacation for July 4th:mindblown:

Have only been back to the gym twice since :aicmon:
have been eating like shyt :shaq2:
have lost all motivation :deadrose:


and fukk that I hate this feeling I am getting back on my grind

Its just crazy to me how a few days out the gym partying and eating out can change my whole mindset like that :snoop:

Just need to get back in routine again

Breh it's barely been weeks.

So you can either keep posting here about how you don't feel like going to the gym and really go to shyt or you can kick that excuse shyt to the curb and keep :lift:

Got back in that b!tch yesterday. Almost did not make it was about to eat a big ass meal after I got off work and watch some TV but I got some sudden motivation thinking about how worthless I would feel sitting around.

Got back on my PHAT routine. Shyt was so much harder then I remember had to leave out two of the lifts and me numbers went down drastically.:bryan:

But once I got done I had that :ahh: feeling going on
