"Frozen" was the best Disney movie since Toy Story 3

I know i'm late, but i finally saw this with my daughter on Saturday...wow, what an excellent film! Take your daughters, nieces, lil' sisters to see it.

It's like that classic Disney Princess kinda theme, it's a musical, it's cool, it's heartwarming, it's funny, and the animation is sick. Probably really good in 3D too. I loved Wreck-it-Ralph, but this was a better movie.

Highly recommend this flick, friends.

I haven't seen a Disney movie since Princess and The Frog which was quite good. I might have to check this out on Blu-Ray. Honestly I wish they'd do traditionally animated movies again.

They're done with 2D animations for good? I don't know why I'm noticing now but I don't think I've seen a 2D film from them in ages now. It's all been CGI now. Is that easier for them or something?

i think the 2d style is a little more expensive iirc

Them pixar boys changed the game. I think princess and the frog was the most recent 2D. Plus with the advances in computer animation i think its cheaper to do CGI than hire a bunch of artists and animators

Frozen would be in Hand-drawn. It's like a Swiss watch, or a fine suit that is custom made. I don't blame people wanting to do 3D, as it's not a cop out. In hand drawn though it has that authentic touch to it; one that cannot be remade, but only restored in a higher format 50 years down the line. It's painstaking, but it's what makes it

Tangled was better IMO, frozen has better music though.

the music was i didn't even know Kristen Bell was a singer. she has a beautiful voice. found out she started on Broadway & all that.

damn now that snowman song is stuck in my head. I didnt know it was a musical before hand. My son was like " this is the 6th song already!!". but good thing they toned it down towards the middle of the movie..

lol@o-loff song.. that was probably the best part of the movie..
