Honestly, the Nuggets might be the Lakers best matchup. Shut down Murray and they should be good. Jokic will eat regardless. The kids will wilt. Biggest issue will probably be Gordon. He is killling it at the three this year.

As long as AD don't get hurt he's gonna pack up the Grizz and send them home in the play-in. Warriors are really the only team that I think pose real matchup and style issues tbh

It's one thing not being worried about any team, in isolation, but it's a whole different thing having to play those teams in B2B2B series', where the Lakers will have a notable age/health, shooting and/or size disadvantage (depending on who they play). What might not be much of a disadvantage in the 1st round, could be an insurmountable one in the WCF.

Y'all reconfigured the top end of your squad midway through the season, with a first year coach, to go along with a pretty much non-existent frontcourt. And this is all before we take into account Bron is 40 and Luka's health ain't what it was last season (when he made his Finals run).

The likelihood y'all overcome all that to where y'all make it out the West, well, it's going to take an infinite amount of luck.
