He a uber driver here because he wasn't qualified to be finance minister there. That government was ultra corrupt. Ghani was a Piece of shyt thief. Crazy as it sounds them afghans are probably better off with their current leadership

How are you a country’s finance minister but you’re not savvy enough to manage your finances so you can live it up in Dubai.
