People talk about "Superman moved a planet, he's so powerful..." but mid-level DBZ characters have been destroying celestial bodies since before the Saiyan saga.

And before someone says, "it takes more energy / effort to move a planet...."

This is a solid steel ball bearing.

Weighs probably less than 5 lbs. Everyone in this thread could easily move this. Carry it, throw it, etc.... Nobody in this thread could easily destroy it. Think about which would be harder, and apply that to a planet.
