Just watched this on Netflix.

Pretty fascinating documentary.
Similar thing with the Pablo Escobar stuff in that....I think a lot of people know the general story, but the documentary goes into some pretty good detail.

The thing I took away from it was a comment someone made about Ricky Ross not necessarily being an evil guy who sold drugs....but rather Ricky was an amoral capitalist who probably would have done anything to make money... and crack was the route he went because that's what the circumstances and environment presented him.

There was a story about 40 minutes in that Cornell Ward tells about 3 kids (drug dealers, I think) driving a car and all dying when it crashed. The kids were 11, 12 and 13 years old (I think).
And he said something about a 10 year old kid knocking on his door looking to score crack. And that it shook him up pretty good and made him decide to get out the drug game.

Would definitely recommend.
Also, RIP Gary Webb.
