Watching this now. It's really well done. Shame how fukked up this system is and what it's put such a nice person like Meek and countless others through.
It may sound corny but I'm proud of Meek. He do some weirdo shyt sometimes but he truly put on for the city & his push for criminal justice reform is the most relevant I can remember ever seeing. FREE THE ROAD
Crazy how resilient his career has been through all of this. Especially with him being more of a traditional battle rapper rather than having a gimmick for him to pull from
Had to be tied to rocnation. They working it - putting some money behind some positive things like exposing the truth about how lower class are being treated all colors and creeds (esp black and Latino)
Edit- they are using powerful people to flip the script- to question those who they once protected or likely stayed away from for risk of their own detriment.
Can the judge's lawyer take action against the producers of this documentary for including that audio of him shytting on his client like that? That was some foul shyt
