I gotta side with Daredevil.
His daredevil run defined the character and he practically made DD's world what it is, there's very little in that run that a new writer tackling the character could dismiss as hyperbole whereas in His year one/ Dark Knight run there's tons

DD, because he wrote so much of the core character fraught a during his run.
His miniseries version of Batman was ground breaking but death in the family and the killing joke are right up their with DKR in regards to batman's foundation.
