Frank was a product of jungle warfare. That's where his skills came from. Honestly no regular human got shyt on Frank except maybe daredevil. Other than that, he might be the illest nonpowered character in marvel.

Mos def Frank was black ops too and Rambo is a green beret, they are trained to fight in jungles and guerilla warfare, so breh has no problems in urban settings. Where they fight probably wouldn't matter that much
