Holyfield said Foreman was hitting him so hard he was scared to take his mouthpiece out between rounds excuse he thought his teeth would come out with it.

Foreman was eating all of Holyfields flurries and hitting him with those stiff ass :dame: jabs and hooks all night. If I was a Judge I would have gave the fight to Foreman.

People say this fight was one sided in Holyfield's favor, but they missing how Foreman was blocking a lot of those Holyfield punches using the cross guard. He really didn't do much damage.

Foreman even said before the scorecards were read he thought he lost. You completely overlooking all the times Holyfield had Foreman legs doing the cupid shuffle bruh, he wasn't just 'eating' those shots, Holyfield was putting some leather on that man. :russ:

This is a GOAT level fight regardless. Round 7 was :whew:.

I think Foreman doesn't get enough credit for essentially having two hall of fame careers. One when he was young, the other when he was seasoned. He had won 24 straight fights before fighting Holyfield and he was 40+ and took Holyfield to war before he finally lost.

Foreman fought a roided up Holyfield, but he was just too slow in this fight. Seasoned/older George mixed with young George would probably destroy this version of Evander though.

Brehs jab at this point of his career was basically a power shot :wow:

Holyfield was hitting after the bell a lot too/has always been dirty :wtb:

Anybody know why Foreman used to put his head down like that when walking to his corner ?

nahh but prime Foreman beats Holyfield for sure

I wouldn't necessarily say that. Veteran Foreman was a lot more patient and used his boxing more than young Foreman who usually came out there trying to bulldoze you. Young Foreman may have tried to run through Holyfield and he may have ran into some shyt. I think it would have been a 50-50 fight.

Another thing...foreman has never went 15; holyfield has...holyfield could also feasibly drown a prime foreman late too

Foreman retired in his prime though so you never saw his maturity as a fighter the fact he could come back at 40 and compete with all those guys shows he was at another level when he was young, just from a pure athletic perspective, he would've bodied holyfield when he was young

You still can't say that bro, it doesn't matter at what point in their career they fought Holyfield still would of had the speed and stamina advantage, not to mention that footwork. Like @patscorpio said Foreman always had stamina issues.
