I don't really believe in pound for pound, because if you take weight and height out of it you're taking out a lot of people's strength. It's better just to talk about the most skilled which is an easier question. In that regard maybe someone like Loma is very skilled but there's others.
It's always been a bit unfair to the heavyweights though, how I'd like it is who’d actually win in a fight regardless of weight classes, in that regard Wilder and the other top heavyweights would be up there. Due to his size and power he'd beat nearly every boxer in every weight class, those are his strengths. Technical skill wise of course he wouldn't be anywhere near the top 10 and is merely good. Punch power would be number 1.

Thats why a selective few could only be called p4p at least in my time
TC aint quite p4p as he doesn't have p4p resume
And Loma has C Level problems

I'm saying I don't believe in pound for pound, because it's taking away strengths from the bigger fighters. It's something made up anyway, there's no such thing. And Loma is a skilled fighter, he's 1 of the best technical fighters around.
