I figured that with there usually being like 4 g of sugar in a regular small package that another 8 grams isnt that big a deal. I really need to switch up the diet in that case
edit: on second thought thats a lot of added sodium
so does milkits got more sugar than protein
take some almonds, sprinkle cinnamon over em...roast em in the oven
toss with some craisins(not to many)
got a power snack right there with not to much cals used to eat it all the time in HS
