For Those That Drafted a QB High

How'd that work out for you? I'm pimpin with RGIII, Matt Ryan, and Big Ben in most of my leagues. Look at the stats from year to year, there was one other year where a QB was able to put up monster stats like Rodgers last year and that was Brady when Moss broke the TD reception record in NE.

QBs were only marginally different all those other years. Only being seperated by a few points, and there are always sleepers. RBs are the way to go early in the draft. So far this season, are you looking to draft a QB next year again?

I still wouldn't be shy to draft a QB early it's all about best possible pick on the board at the time if I feel it's a QB then thats the route I'll go. I much rather have a QB you can count on then sitting and ending up with someone like Cutler. When everyone in your league getting around 20 from there QB and you can't your at a disadvantage.

I've never taken QB's high.. In fact I never take anything but two running backs in the first two rounds. I'll take a receiver after that.. this year though I took Matt Stafford in the 3rd which was a big mistake. Could've had AJ Green instead.

I went with getting a quarterback late the last two years and it burned me.

I still have deep hate in my soul for what Josh Freeman did to me last year.

I don't think you necessarily have to take a quarterback late, but you have to have an idea of what quarterbacks you could live with and when it's to the point where there's only one or two left you have to pounce...

Point of draftin late is to get good RBs and good WRs. All the leagues I drafted a QB late in I got great players all-around. My team 3-0 now has Big Ben running the QB. He's been great and all of my other players are consistently going well except for McCoy.

Got Stafford at #7 first round. So far he's been a little but once he starts the 400 yd 4 td games ill be

Looking back I still was ok with taking him since foster, rice, and mccoy were off the board

I tried eatin' off QBs in the mid round and shyt has kicked my ass in my money league.

That I had dudes with Romo and Cutler, but they ain't been shyt since Week 1, one of them better light the other up or moves will be made :shad:

picked up Rodgers as the 3rd pick my RBs have been headaches but my WRs more than make up for it

I think he himself is having a bad year, but he is still second in the league for points

Rodgers was a 2nd round keeper for me. Its aint paying off, but he's played some tough defenses. On the other hand, last year it didnt matter who he played...

I remember last year I took Vick and got Cam Newton and the last round. Newton blew up instantly. I tried all season to trade Vick for anything of value but no one would bite. Had I been able to get a top 50 player for him I would have easily won the league.

I couldn't give him away.
