What you munching on play boy :dame:

LMAO

Breakfast
- 2 pieces of wheat toast with almond butter scrambled eggs and avocado on top
- green tea with no dairy or sugar

Snack
- 1 glass of almond butter and a banana

Lunch
- grilled chicken, mixed fajita veggies with mushrooms, cucumber, hummus and spinach on a wrap

Dinner
- grilled chicken salad and fish or chicken.

Small stuff helps too
Switch out ranch for balmastic vinegar. Get Greek yogurt. Regular yogurt is loaded with sugar.

Ice cream for dessert.

I've slim down a lot and while my six pack isn't there yet it's the closest I've ever.

And look better than I did at 25. 6 more months I'll have a 6-pack.

I'm active but ignored the nutrition so I plateaued. Ever since I did this it's night and day. Slimming out and keeping muscle. I do weights, treadmill but a lot more Pilates and Yoga.

Also trying not to get outta control during holiday season

Appreciate your response breh. I was/am big on yoga but decided I wanted to put on some muscle too.

Its funny I was just in the store the other day and picked up some dave killers bread and I was eyeing some almond butter but I ended up passing on it because I never tried it before. I started with using hummus but that had my stomach bubbling so I've been doing guacamole spreads. Backed off of being strict vegan and incorporated salmon every once in awhile.

Almond butter is pastier than peanut butter. I switched to almond milk since it has less calories than regular milk, so it keeps my calories down. It's 30 calories per cup.

Guacamole spread you absolutely cannot go wrong.

Pliates/Yoga will be part of your core strength and what can make your muscles look cut.

You'll get that 6 pack in much less time than 6 months if you raise the intensity of your current workouts.
